2023 NETHEA Outstanding Student Award
NETHEA - www.ne-thea.org is the regional branch of THEA
(Tennessee Home Education Association - www.tnhea.org). We serve homeschoolers throughout the eight counties
(Washington, Greene, Sullivan, Johnson, Hawkins, Hancock, Unicoi, Carter) of
upper East Tennessee by sponsoring annual high school graduation ceremonies,
Home School Missions, a mom's retreat, an annual curriculum sale, academic
fairs, etc.
We place emphasis on family-geared education, family-oriented activities,
and family leadership. We applaud families for taking the time to instill
godly values in their children and we support all parents' rights to raise
children under the admonition of the Lord.
Each year, NETHEA selects one or two students to represent our region as
Outstanding Students. These students will be selected on the following
requirements:

leadership
- proof you are a legal homeschooler.
